Therefore we’re looking for a high specialized Teamleader for one of its locations in Germany, Switzerland, UK or Spain.

Your Tasks

• You are responsible for selecting, setting up and maintaining a central software delivery system
• You find the best way to define and implement procedures for customer delivery
• You take care of, that only approved solutions are made available
• You’ll lead Integrations-Team, which is responsible for Web Application Firewall and integration of our customers solutions with client systems
• You act and handle in the best interest of our client
• You’ll use your management style that enables you to build trust with colleagues while also keeping them accountable

Your Profile

• You finalized your bachelor or master’s degree in information technology / computer engineering or any equivalent direction
• You have minimum 4 years of experience in a similar management role in an international Fintech
• You must have experience with Distribution systems and DevOps
• Additionally you bring some knowledge of SaaS Environments and Kubernetes with you
• You are a solution oriented personality with customer consulting experience
• You are quality driven, process oriented and have a well structured way of work
• You are fluent in English, then German is just an advantage
