Our client is an international joint venture in the automotive field of e-mobility.


Ihre Aufgaben

  • You are responsible for the After Sales Service Execution Desk for the HQ in Germany and for Europe
  • You analyze and steer business requirements from all involved stakeholders for the successful rollout of Service Execution Desk (SED) and Service Operation Hub (SOH)
  • You have the ownership of the over-all product life cycle in close collaboration with Aftersales Business team, EU Markets, Development teams as well as Service Operations team to ensure that the SED system is stable from a quality and usage point of view
  • You collaborate with relevant teams to orchestrate a seamless IT ecosystem and to ensure that all interface topics, including various DMS systems are considered regarding the implementation of SED and SOH
  • You work in extremely close alignment with various teams in EU and China regarding strategic topics
  • You supervise various activities for all integration of IT applications within SED, you ensure adherence to technical architecture, and you maintain and implement the same
  • You provide consulting inputs to various involved stakeholders to ensure that relevant aftersales business processes are enhanced to support the retailers’ daily operations
  • You work closely with After Sales Business and IT teams from different international locations to understand functional and IT specific dependencies
  • You ensure continuous improvement of the over-all product landscape as well as methodologies that contribute to a better end customer experience, lower cost, and more integrated product landscape

Ihr Profil

  • You have a Bachelor´s Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science/Information System/Engineering
  • You bring a minimum experience of 8 years in dealer operations and associated IT systems
  • Ideally you have prior experience in working in dealerships or in automotive retail operations l
  • You are familiar with the Atlassian toolchain, specifically JIRA and Confluence
  • Ideally you have experience working with DMS systems
  • You have interpersonal and communication skills as well as being creative, collaborative and an adaptive person
  • You feel comfortable working under pressure and with tight deadlines
  • You are fluent in English and speak German on a conversational level
