Our client is an international joint venture in the automotive field of e-mobility.


Ihre Aufgaben

  • You function as the point of contact as well as facilitator between HQ and selected markets regarding all sales related topics
  • You steer and support markets in sales volume planning and target setting in alignment with HQ sales strategy and target agreement
  • You collaborate with markets and support on B2C as well as B2B connecting any dots across departments
  • You co-create the sales strategy per market with eCommerce, incl. joint sales planning and development of new business initiatives
  • You review and analyze the Business Management Report in the role of market expert while providing insights to management and implications for other business units
  • You set-up regular communication mechanism with markets to follow-up business performance and guide next steps
  • You timely reflect markets, agents, and customers feedback to relative business units for further optimization

Ihr Profil

  • You have a university degree in business administration, economics, finance, or a comparable degree
  • You have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales related area - preferably in automotive industry
  • You have proven experience in European market management and ideally experience with automotive Subsidiaries and/or General Distributors
  • You are comfortable using data tools to analyze business performance and providing insights
  • You identify trends across Europe including market characteristics and have experience in the German market
  • You have experience in sales management reporting and project management
  • You think visionary and strategically: anticipating market developments, innovations as well as challenges to identify business opportunities
  • You are a confident and effective negotiator
  • You enjoy communicating and collaborating with people from diverse cultural backgrounds in an agile atmosphere and feel comfortable presenting
  • You are fluent in German and English, and any other European language is a plus
