Our client is an international joint venture in the automotive field of e-mobility.


Ihre Aufgaben

  • You ensure a customer-centric approach with a smooth and consistent customer experience across all touchpoints and at all stages of the online customer journey
  • You create exceptional customer experiences for all customer groups (B2C / SME / B2B) and prospects across purely digital touchpoints (e.g., IoT, AI), have a strong affinity towards technology
  • You ensure an excellent eCommerce customer and purchase journey experience on our diverse channels and within our marketplace approach
  • You collect, track, and analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements based on the insights gathered and use relevant KPIs to gauge how the journey is performing
  • You address the bigger picture experience and track a complex customer journey across omnichannel platforms, devices, and touchpoints to drive our client’s vision of eCommerce and direct, non-assisted sales
  • You ensure the eCommerce strategies are aligned to the larger customer experience, sales and product management goals and outcomes
  • You identify ideal customer profiles and map customer journeys to identify the gaps in customer experience across all touchpoints, for all kinds of customer interactions, transactions, and engagements
  • You liaise with internal teams (e.g., marketing, sales, product development, account management, finance etc.) to ensure that gaps in the customer experience are plugged
  • You work with the technology teams to ensure a seamless brand, customer and sales experience with the technology stack and channels we are using (e.g., APP, WebAPP, CarUI) or a self-service interface

Ihr Profil

  • You have a university degree in Marketing, Business, Business Informatics, or a comparable degree
  • You have 3+ years of professional experience in Digital transformation or Digital Channels
  • You have experience in creating customer journeys based on purchasing history
  • You are passionate about managing digital product inventory, e-commerce and delivering a best-in-class experience
  • You have strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and communicate data to uncover customer insights and create new business opportunities
  • You have iron-strong delivery (Agile) skills: you deliver quickly and accurately together with your team at every step of the process while being structured in your approach and deliveries.
  • You are energetic, self-starter who can work independently and cross-functionally
  • You have proficiency and aptitude with Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • SAP commerce experience in automotive or retail is a plus
  • You are fluent in English & German; any other European language is a plus
