Ihre Aufgaben
- You are responsible for the smooth production process in terms of adherence to deadlines, quality, economic use of personnel, use of materials and optimal machine utilisation and ensure that the productivity targets are met.
- You are responsible for the continuous optimisation of the production processes
- You are responsible for the preparation of maintenance plans for machines and plants as well as commissioning and maintenance (incl. documentation)
- You will integrate new mould series into the current series and put them into operation.
- You are authorised to give instructions to employees in a defined area
Ihr Profil
- You have completed technical training with further training as a technician or master craftsman or a degree in mechanical engineering, plastics technology or a similar course of study.
- You have several years of experience in the field of plastics technology, especially with polyurethane
- You have already gained some experience in personnel management
- You have knowledge in the areas of control engineering, hydraulics and pneumatics, as well as mechanics
- You are characterised by flexibility and initiative
- You have a very high willingness to travel, as up to 80% of this position must be filled in Croatia.
